- I am a UKCP Registered Clinical Psychotherapist trained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, where I completed my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. My approach is relational and developmental, with a strong interest in how early relationships shape our sense of self, the ways we manage emotion and the patterns we carry into adult relationships.
