About Me

Originally from Argentina, I offer counselling and psychotherapy in both English and Spanish, working with adults online and in person from Stapleford and Cotgrave, Nottingham. My journey into psychotherapy began with a simple question. One day, someone asked me, “How are you?” and they truly meant it. Feeling genuinely listened to reminded me how powerful it is to be seen and heard. That experience stayed with me and inspired me to train as a psychotherapist. I completed my degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute. I work in a long-term, relational way, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe that healing begins when we are welcomed just as we are. My aim is to offer a warm, accepting and compassionate space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

I draw on different therapeutic ideas and approaches while keeping you and your individual experience at the heart of our work. Therapy is collaborative. Together, we can explore what is happening for you with curiosity, compassion and without judgement. We can work at a pace that feels right for you, creating space to understand your experiences, develop new perspectives and find ways of moving forward. I can support you with anxiety, self-criticism, trauma and difficult childhood experiences, communication and relationship difficulties, navigating life as a foreigner or living between cultures, identity, low confidence and self-esteem, feeling “not good enough”, bereavement and grief, difficulties managing emotions, life transitions, and other challenges that may be affecting your wellbeing.
